Yuji Kobayashi
In November 2011, Yuji Kobayashi founded GEOMETRICGREE inc. His work centers around the geometric beauty of plant forms and Japanese minimal design. He has designed floral decorations for numerous corporate events in industries such as fashion, cosmetics, and jewelry.
In recent experimental projects, Kobayashi has created installations that convert the subtle electrical signals emitted by plants into sound, while simultaneously creating artworks.
He was featured in the 2021 Homo Faber Guide by the Michelangelo Foundation in Switzerland and participated in the 2022 Flower Festival in Córdoba, Spain. Kobayashi has also worked on floral branding designs for luxury hotels opening across Asia, including China.
