1965: Born in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture, Japan
1989: Graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture, Tokyo University of the Arts
2000: Solo exhibition and four-month workshop in the Netherlands (European Ceramic Work Centre)
2003: Established “Hirakiln” Tanaka Yuki Ceramic Studio
2003: Won 1st Prize and Chozasho Grand Prize at the Chozasho Contemporary Ceramic Biennale, Nagoya
2004: Solo exhibition and three-month workshop in Spain (Museo del Cantir)
2005: Selected for the 54th Faenza International Ceramic Biennale, Italy (Faenza)
2005: 1st Prize and Grand Prix at CERCO International Ceramic Exhibition, Spain (Zaragoza)
2009: Invited to the 3rd International Contemporary Ceramic Workshop “Periferia ’09” in Spain (Galicia)
